GTS’s foundation is CSC’s world-wide reputation as a leading application service provider. Leading global IT research firm IDC identified CSC as one of the world’s leading application management service providers. We were named the world’s largest ‘software as a service’ vendor among the top 10 application management companies – the second consecutive year CSC has been ranked in this august group.
In South Africa CSC’s application managed services was ranked by analysts BMI-TechKnowledge as the country’s top application service provider, a position it reached after only three years in operation against stiff competition from long-established industry players.
GTS’s Mission is to:
- Develop CSC’s offering in business transformation and business process outsourcing;
- Grow core offerings in application outsourcing, and
- Source from CSC’s global operations those application and integration services that can be optimally combined from on-site, regional, near-shore or offshore centres.
Its offerings include Business Transformation Solutions (BTS), Application Services and World Sourcing.
